Referrals

Referrals can be made to Creative Note Music Therapy from a number of sources including but not limited to the following:

Self-referral
Parents/Guardians
GP
Health-Care Professionals (e.g. speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, creative arts therapists)
Prison Service (e.g. probation officers)
Social Workers
Community/Voluntary Workers
